We understand you are having trouble using the Guest Mode feature on your Roku device. It gets a message that says, "A pin is required," even if a pin has already been created.
In this case, please ensure that the email address on your device under Settings > System > About is the same email address you're using to log in to the Roku website. Some Roku users have managed to create more than one Roku account without even realizing it.
If that checks out, check for updates under Settings > System > System Update > Check now to ensure everything is up to date.
Finally, you can set up Guest Mode remotely on the Roku website. Just log in and scroll down to your linked devices. Then, you can enable Guest Mode there.
