Re: AirPlay stopped working on Samsung TV after previously working
Great to see you here in the Roku Community, @Kevin2815!
Thanks for informing us about the issue you're experiencing with Airplay on your Roku. I'd like to be able to get this investigated so we can get you back up and running.
Here's a quick fix you might try:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select Advanced System settings
- Select Network connection reset
- Select Reset connection
After the network reset is done, your Roku device will restart and you will need to return to the Settings menu and set up your wireless network again.
Please let me know if this works!

Re: AirPlay stopped working on Samsung TV after previously working
@Kevin2815, you have to select System and then you'll see Advanced system settings.
Help others find this answer and click "Accept as Solution."
If you appreciate my answer, maybe give me a Kudo.
I am not a Roku employee.

Re: AirPlay stopped working on Samsung TV after previously working
Thanks. Followed those instructions and still didn’t work. Also unplugged the Roku and put it back in. Still no success.

It worked today. And I didn’t do anything different.

Re: Can't airplay from any device to my Roku Streaming Stick
Just an update. Since my first post on December 19th, we have gone up from 7 teacher Macbooks unable to connect to Roku devices to now 11. I am also in contact with Apple Support but they are having issues finding a solution on their end.
