Same Issue for me using an Roku StreamBar and an iPhone SE (iOS 18.3.2) and an iPad 6 (iOS 17.7.6).
When using Airplay (Fitness+ Video) the Streambar seems to connect for one or two seconds (Screen goes black) and then the Roku Start Menu appears.
Have used the link to check the Settings and they are OK.
Airplay worked fine until I performed the Upgrade to iOS 18.3 (don't remember the iOS Version of the iPad hen it worked).
