We appreciate that you're providing this information to us! Please locate the bottom or back of your Roku TV and try to perform a factory reset. The actual reset button is either pinhole-shaped or tactile and requires a straightened paperclip to press and hold. Your Roku TV can be successfully factory reset by pressing and holding the reset pinhole or tactile button for 10 seconds.

If you can faintly see the image by close inspection with a torch/flashlight, it indicates a failure of the screen's backlight.
Hardware issues with these sets need to be referred to the manufacturer of the set.
