Where over the air channels GO??

Several roku at my home.  Suddenly yesterday all three cant find major OTA /Antenna stations.  Last regular tv still find stations just as always.  This is a software issue and appently Roku cares but is in no hurry to resolve. One key aspect of Roku is antenna stations.  All the missing stations have been working for months/yrs.  Problem on ALL three Roku tvs🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Support told me the same thing- wait 24-48 hours and should be fixed!  Not holding my breath!  These Roku technicians better get it done!  I am totally disgusted!

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community regarding the issue you are experiencing with Over The Air channels!

Please be aware that we believe this issue is now resolved, and we suggest restarting your device by navigating to Settings>System>Power>System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step). We invite you to see if you are still experiencing an issue with the Over The Air channels.

This issue is not resolved.  Doing what you suggest not working for us. Neither does hiding the streaming channels.

We will be more than happy to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing, but we will need more details to further investigate this issue. Can you please provide the following information below?

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to our appropriate Roku team.
