- Did your Hisense Roku TV recently receive any software updates prior to this happening? If so/not, kindly provide us with your current running software version which can be seen under Settings > System > About.
- Have you tried rebooting your TV under Settings > System > Power > System restart to see if you can connect it after rebooting?
