Vertical colored Blocks after SYTEM UPRADE TO V 13.00

Have 2 Roku OS TVs and one Roku Stick (connected to an Old Panasonic TV) from different manufactures ROKU, . After, upgrade of system to V 13.00:

* The older 43"  TV from TCL and the Roku Stick from ROKU upgraded OK (with some display adjustments)

* The newest 53" from TCL crapped and will only display broad Vertical Rectangular blocks and 0 sound.

** Tried to reset the 53" System several times to NO AVAIL on both Picture and Sound

Any Fixes or Recommendations?
