Screen cycling through colors

Jump to solution

No issues with the tv prior to this.

Tv was turned on and screen just cycles infinitely through green, red, black and white screen.  Is there a fix to this?

Hello! @Tjl1993,

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you contacting us about the problem with your TV screen, which is currently stuck in an endless cycle of colors. We understand how frustrating this issue can be and are here to help you resolve it.

Do you have a Roku Branded TV or a Roku TV?

A Roku Branded TV is manufactured by Roku (Roku TV Select and Roku TV Plus), while a Roku TV is manufactured by a Roku Partner (TCL, Sharp, etc.).

If you are experiencing an issue with a Roku-branded TV (Roku TV Select or Roku TV Plus), please contact Roku Support.

If you encounter an issue with your Roku TV, start by contacting the manufacturer. Each TV manufacturer provides direct support for its models.

Our community post, "Contacting Support for Your Roku TV," provides the support contact information for your Roku TV manufacturer.

Thanks,
