We appreciate the steps you took to resolve the issue with the lines you see on the left side of the TV screen.
We would happily investigate this issue further, but we need more details.
- What model is your Roku TV? (Hisense, TCL, ONN, Select Series, Pro, Series, Plus Series, etc.)
- When did you notice the issue start?
- Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
- Does the issue occur only on a specific channel while streaming or throughout the Roku platform?
