Do a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. Additionally, you can also unplug your Roku device from the power source for 30 seconds to a minute.
Once performed, kindly check to see if you notice any improvements.

Have you tried removing the affected channel and then reinstalling it? In some cases, that resolves the issue. Make sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. Here are the steps you can follow:
