I was watching monday night football I go make food and come back and this is how the screen looks

Try unplugging the power for a while.  If that doesn't help, I hate to say it, but I think your TV is toast.  If it's still under warranty, contact the manufacturer.  You can try a factory reset or recovery mode, but I'd be surprised if either helps.

Sounds frustrating! Watching football with a screen acting up can really ruin the experience. Hopefully, it’s just a minor issue with the settings or cables. By the way, prepping food during the game is always a win—nothing like enjoying a great menu of snacks while cheering for your team!
