Is Roku getting any closer to a fix on this? I’ve resorted to rarely using mine now as volume goes from normal to triple that sporadically. The only way to fix it is to turn everything off and back on again. Then when you least expect it, another panic attack when the volume sky rockets.

I’ve already mentioned the issue. It occurs across all apps within Roku. At any given point the volume increases substantially. Since I’m not doing anything to cause this I can’t reproduce it. I’ve done as all users do and reset my device to no avail.

This is still an issue across a myriad of your devices. Let's get some software updates going!!! Happens on my Roku TV, my Mother-in-Law's 4k streaming stick, my 4k one, etc. Clearly needs to be addressed.
The users of your products believe this to be wrong
Seems to me that there is enough people reporting this problem that Roku would want to fix it. I have four Roku sticks 2-6 years old all do this. Volume gets so low can’t hear the tv. Must exit the entire Roku app then restart which ever app you were streaming from.
Exactly, but yet the extremely rare software updates never address this issue. Plus they call this "Solved" on several of their forum posts reporting the problem. You're not helping your consumers, Roku!!!!
Roku OS version 12 is out (manually updating my Streaming Stick+ now), I wonder if anybody knows if this fixes the volume issue?
