Heya, all.
So this weekend I ran into an issue where Youtube stopped playing videos and struggled to add things to Watch Later/ Playlists. I decided to attempt a factory reset on the TV after dragging my feet for a while. Was surprised it only took 2 minutes or so. (was expecting a big hassle.)
When I got back into the TV, it still had my apps. I had to log back into Youtube, but when I tried to watch something on Peacock, it just let me in without having to login. I'm fairly sure I told it to do a full factory reset so it's like a brand new TV again.
Youtube ran better, but now it'll randomly crash while watching things. Like full stream freeze-up and goes back to TV boot screen.
Any ideas what's going on with my TV set now? Should I factory reset again?
Thanks!

We appreciate you for sharing this information with us, and we'd be happy to help. For this issue, we'd recommend performing a complete reset to your Roku TV. Kindly be advised that A factory reset clears the majority of data from your Roku TV and resets it to a factory default state. After you complete a factory reset, you need to set up and configure your Roku TV again including the following: Perform the Guided Setup and activation process.
