I have a small B&B and we have 11 Roku TVs to them will not update the software. The others work perfectly fine even after factory reset we get as far as software update and it just says cannot update software tried putting a Roku streaming stick onto TV working on other TV but will do the same thing when attached to this TV it will not update Network is fine. Can someone offer me an explanation or some help please? Thank you sorry for the long post and I hope problem is clear
What are the brands/models number of the Roku TVs or devices? What is the exact error you get?
truly sorry it took so long to reply one is a Onn and the other is a tcl Roku tv. I’m not sure of the model number We’ll get them if necessary right now unable to access TVs

Just double-checking; all of your Roku players and Roku TVs won't software update?
Are you getting any errors when trying to update it? Also, what's the most recent software version on your devices?

we factory reset them both of them and we set it up like you do in the beginning so when we get to updating software screen, it says unable to update software check back a few minutes and also we got a 003 error if that’s any help
Odd thing out of all the TVs there’s only two of them that are doing this and that’s the ONN and the TCL and we factory reset them both and I am not sure what software update they were when we factory reset them I don’t know, but it won’t update now. Truly sorry a lot of things going on. Thank you for anybody that can help

If you get a chance, provide us with the tracker ID and Software and build a version of the Roku TVs. To get this, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times.

TCL TV will not update software. I've tried everything even with USB and I got this message : "Can't install older software. Your TV is running more up-to-date software. Installing older software is not allowed. Download a new file and try again" Please what's the latest software ? tvupdate.roku.com doesn't seem to have the right software! I've been trying to activate my new "smart" TV for two days now.
