Bottom of screen is fading to black when watching TV shows on Netflix prime peacock etc. It happens every 10 seconds while watching almost like the bottom play/pause bar keeps almost coming on and then going away. I have tried to restart, unplugging, and everything besides doing a complete factory reset which I’m trying to avoid otherwise I will loose log in access to some apps. Thanks

We appreciate you contacting us about the problem you're experiencing with your TCL Roku TV, where the bottom portion of the screen fades to black while you're watching movies. We understand how important it is to have a fix for this and are pleased to assist.
If the bottom of your TCL TV screen fades to black while you watch, it likely indicates an issue with the backlight or the panel itself. Faulty backlight LEDs could cause this problem, such as a failing panel connection or incorrect picture settings. To troubleshoot, try adjusting the picture settings and checking for software updates. If the issue persists, consider contacting TCL customer support for further diagnosis.
If you're encountering an issue with your Roku TV manufactured by a Roku partner, start by contacting the manufacturer. Each TV manufacturer provides direct support for its models.
