TCL has six month warranty. You better envoke it soon. Nobody has any answers. All the resets and power down downs and restarts and file downloading to usb might get you connected to your network. There is no technical answer to get you connected to the internet. If you did not connect on first try after purchase, then you are screwed my friend.

We recommend restarting your Roku TV. Navigate to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart and unplug your TV for 10-15 minutes, then plug it back in to resolve the issue.
If the issue persists, we would recommend you contact the TV manufacturer about the issue. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their Roku OS products.
