TCL 55" Roku TV screen is black but audio is still coming out

The picture was looking funny for a couple weeks after returning from work today turned it on and had black screen with volume tv is not 2 yrs. Yet this is crazy won’t purchase tcl ever again

We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Could you try disconnecting the power from the TV for 10-15 minutes and then powering it back to see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing?

Keep us posted if there's any difference after.
