Mine is having the same issue. Speaker is quieter than it used to be, it's Crackling with any bass sounds, sounds terrible- Thing:s only six months old! serial number YL007L562436

My StreamBar does the same. S/N is 2A1110645433. Distorted sound seemingly from bass.
