I am having the same issue, started today, nothing wrong with the signal. If this is happening to a number of people how do you intend to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out. We see you're having the same issue with your Roku Streambar SE always going back to the home screen. 

To help us investigate, please provide us with the following information:

  1. What steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?
  2. When did you first encounter the issue?
  3. Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number of your Roku device.
  4. Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

Any news on this fix yet? Right now I’m stuck with a defective product I cannot use. 

Is there a way to either get my money back or a working replacement? From the looks of this board it’s a common issue.
