Stange line and pixelation on "50 JVC Roku TV

Jump to solution

Hi,

I have a JVC Roku TV that I purchased about I want to say three years ago that is a 50 inch model for my bedroom/office. Normally I have no complaints about it, never really have a problem with it. Tonight I got up to eat dinner and when I got back I had some picture distortion and a few horizontal lines going across the screen. I tried rebooting it from the remote, unplugging it, and I also tried doing the reset options. After doing a factory reset and relinking the TV to my account, I'm still having the same issue. Can anyone point me in a direction where I can fix this?

Thanks for your time.
