I was looking at the soundbars that Roku makes but most of them seem to have the streaming device built in which seems unnecessary for me to get, maybe im wrong. Just want to get a solid soundbar that works with the ultra, preferably under $200
Hi, @nehhet.
Welcome, and thanks for posting here in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you inquiring about a compatible soundbar for your Roku Ultra LT. We'd be more than happy to provide the information you need.
The Roku Soundbar and Streambars can be used as audio output devices, and they are compatible with the ARC-HDMI port setup. To set this up, you need to configure the TV to output audio through ARC and then connect the Roku Ultra to the TV's HDMI port.
The Roku Ultra and the soundbar cannot be directly connected. Each device must be connected to a TV, with the Ultra connected to one HDMI port. The Soundbar has either an HDMI-ARC port or a combination of HDMI and an optical port. If the Roku Soundbar is the Streambar SE, its remote will control both Rokus simultaneously, as it uses IR only.

We hope all this information helps. Please let us know if you need more assistance.
