I have an LG soundbar I’m attempting to connect to my Roku TV. I’ve tried Bluetooth connection, no luck. I then tried an optical cable and still, no luck. I’ve already switched audio output settings to be optical when trying the optical connection but it still won’t work. Any tips? I appreciate any help I can get. Not sure why these TCL Roku TVs come without any TV speakers…

I get that you're having trouble connecting your LG soundbar to your TCL Roku TV. There could be a few reasons for the hiccup, whether it's with the LG soundbar or the TCL Roku TV. If you could share a bit more info, that would be awesome! 

• Have you ever connected this LG soundbar or any other soundbar to your TV before?
• What steps have you tried so far to fix the issue?
• Do you notice any signs of power on the soundbar?

In the meantime, I highly suggest that you contact LG support for steps that might help us resolve this issue. Here's their support link.
