I have a Samsung TV without ARC connection, and I do not have Internet Access.  Can I still connect my Onn Roku Smart Bar and how do I do it?  I contacted the store where I purchased the equipment but they were no help.

We're glad to assist you with your inquiry. Please be advised that if you are not using ARC, use the Premium High-Speed HDMI Cable to connect your Streambar or soundbar to any available HDMI port, and connect the included optical cable to the digital audio output on your TV.
