I have same issues as well with the same Sharp Ruko TV model.

My Sharp Ruko TV manufacturered by Hisense started turning On/Off in a continuous loop every 10/15 sec. This started after I paused a movie I was streaming on Amazon Prime. I called Ruko and Sharp for support just to be given the runner around by both companies. I tried everything from reset, to unplug or power down the TV, all troubleshooting steps. I found alot of other folks with the same problem online regarding this make and model Sharp Ruko TV, LC-65Q7300U.
