From my Galaxy 5 g 5 2024 to my onn smart TV

I've got a Galaxy 5 g 5 2024 and I am trying to figure out how I can tether it using the USB port to the HDMI port on my onn smart TV . Is it possible ?? I have had no luck with it even using apps
