When opening a streaming service my Roku TV is fine but when watching anything on any of them is has black bars on the top and bottom that blocks the screen and nothing on the settings fixed it.

Nevertheless, we highly suggest contacting your TV manufacturer in this case as this may be a hardware issue and needs a replacement If it is still within the warranty period.

" black bars on the top and bottom " these are normal if the screen ratio is adjusted to your Tv have different screen ratio between original video and your current screen ratio.
