Same issue. Can't find any way to contact Roku for a refund/replacement. They do not respond to any request.
Is ROKU ripping us off ? Why no response to any inquiry ??

Roku informed me that I would have to go to where I bought the speakers to get a refund. I purchased mine from Amazon, so I contacted them and followed their prompts. They told me how to return the product and 3 days later I got my refund. Hope that helps.
