Universal remote codes are not universal across universal remotes. Different remote makers use different code numbers in their remotes from other remote makers.
The Roku Soundbars use the same Roku code set used 12 years ago, just that they have a few new commands for power, volume, and mute. I don't know of ANY aftermarket universal remotes that have these newer commands preset as part of the built-in code. UEI made remotes under such brands as One-For-All, Onn, Insignia, and Inteset will give you access to the Roku volume and mute commands via Advanced codes or EFC's. These are 5-digit codes for individual functions. Which have to added one at a time initially.
