Hi @Tipc,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thank you for reporting your issue with your Roku TV, which only shows subtitles when you play an application without video and audio.

We would like to take a closer look into the issue so could you please tell us when did you start to experience the issue and what is the brand of your Roku TV? How to know if you have a Roku TV or a Roku branded TV

In the meantime, we suggest you try to System restart your Roku TV:
Kindly press Home on your Roku remote > Scroll and select Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your response.

Regards,
Riamie
