I purchased a Roku wireless soundbar to go with my Roku tv. I have checked my software version and it is up to date. I have the soundbar directly below my tv. I have tried multiple time to pair. I have unplugged the soundbar and plugged it back in multiple times. I still get message no soundbar found. Please help!!!!

Our soundbar stopped working. We unplugged both tv and soundbar after trying the reset button. Nothing has worked. The tv can not find the sound bar. Our wireless Roku speakers still work. We thought the soundbar was defective , it’s less than a year old, so is the tv. We purchased a new sound bar and the tv can’t find the new one either. It is directly under the tv , forward about 6 inches. We have tried every comment on line and nothing works.
Yes I have same problem with wireless speakers they just quit. I tried resetting and not won’t pair back up.
We finally got ours working again after chatting on line with customer service. try installing again but click add new device . Even if it had already been paired before. Good luck.
How do you get ahold of them? I haven’t really seen any place. I thought I already tried setting up as new with no luck. Thanks for the tip. I factory reset speakers and looked for new speakers with tv , did I miss something 🙄.
At the bottom of this page under support click on devise issues - at the bottom of that page over to the right under agent support it gives you options to get help by phone or chat. You have to pay for phone. Use chat. Honestly I think they did something remotely because he had me do the same thing I was already doing but it worked on the 1st try. I hope this helps. I was frustrated for a couple weeks. Don’t give up.
