It’s updated but still not connecting
They did connect two times, but when I had to disconnect to recharge the earbuds, they would not connect again. They automatically connect to my computer bluetoothe only. It has been a couple of weeks that I have been trying to connect, but I'm getting the old message "Try Again" every time and they will not reconnect to the Plus Series TV.
I completely understand your anger. Just bought a brand new plus series tv for bluetooth. Brand new bluetooth headphones. Tv won’t pick up my headphones. I just ordered 2 different headphones. If they don’t work I will throw them at this wasted purchase.
They didn’t have my associated product so I picked one. Tired of the Roku hoops and loops.

Wow! They still haven’t fixed that!!! I’d return that TV ASAP. If you like the Roku interface, buy the add in for a non-Roku TV. I bought a Soundbar because the rear speakers on my replacement Samsung TV sounded like an echo chamber under the stairwell behind the TV. But I almost never use the Roku interface. Two remotes is one too many.
