This could likely be due to a refresh on CEC. Try the steps below.
- Press Home.
- Scroll to Settings and press OK.
- Scroll to System and press OK.
- Scroll to Control Other Devices (CEC) and press OK.
If this has been enabled already, get back here, and we'll look into it further.
