For a couple of days I have not been able to get any Netflix shows to load on my Roku 4k Stick. The app works fine but the first time I click to watch something, it says 89% and never moves past. Then if I click it again or another show, it says 0% and doesn’t move. I have done all the ABCs (uninstall app, reboot internet, unplug the stick, etc…). If I cast any Netflix content from my iPhone to the Roku, it plays instantly! Then if I try again with the remote in the Roku app, the problem persists. Any ideas or suggestions?

• What device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV—specify TV)
• Is the issue happening on all content or channels, or is this isolated to one content or channel? (Specify)
• Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
• How far is your device from your network router?
• Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?
