I tried pressing the home buttonx5 and back button x5 times but there is no tracker ID generated. However, below details are shown on the purple screen.
Current software version: 939.22R02407A

Roku device model : C105X
TCL Model: 50S425-CA
I hope this is sorted out soon.

My 75" does the same, except it does the update, resets then goes right back to the recovery mode screen.
Ive done it numerous times and tried all the above things to reset it.

Hello, after down loading update file tv gone into recovery loop.

I have done revory down load several times and it still goes through loop. tried unpluging , removed batteries,and read about the issue.
Is there a solution, the tv is apx 7 months old , puchased at wally mart.

I have done recovery down load several times and it still goes through loop. I unplugged & plugged back in removed batteries from remote, added new batteries, and pushed the back reset button.
Mine also has been stuck on this screen for almost 2 weeks now. Tried going through all of the prompts and updating etc and still nothing works. Keeps coming back to the recovery mode screen after restarting. Very frustrating.
