Thanks for the response, @BOO7.

In this case, we recommend restarting the system on your Roku TV to see if that helps resolve the problem.

To restart, please navigate to Settings System Power System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).

If the issue persists, we suggest turning off auto power savings by navigating to Settings > System > Power > Auto Power savings Uncheck the box next to After 20 minutes of no interaction.

Feel free to keep us posted on how it goes, and we'll continue assisting you from there.

All the best,
Chel

Hi @BOO7

Thanks for the first post to the Roku Community!

We'd be more than happy to look into this further. For us to help you better, we will ask a set of questions to isolate the issue:

  • What Roku device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV—specify TV)
  • When did you notice the issue start?
  • Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
  • Are you receiving error messages or codes when accessing the channel?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?

To confirm, do you have a Roku streaming device attached to your Roku TV?

With more information, we'll be able to assist you further.

All the best,
Chel

43" Roku Select Series 4K TV.  Has been happening for about 1 week. No changes. No error message. Does not happen all the time. About once every 2 out of 3 days. I unplug the tv from the electrical wall outlet and plug it back in.
