I just bought one of the ALTO TS6 soundbars during WalMart's "Deals for Days" Black Friday sale, but after hooking it up to my TCL Roku tv, it says 'no signal, is it on' when I click on the icon for the soundbar on the home screen. Not sure what the problem is, because as near as I can tell, the soundbar is working because I am getting sound from it.

Have you made sure that you've installed the TCL soundbar properly? If you are still unable to resolve the issue, we would recommend reaching out to TCL to see what insight they can provided regarding their audio device.
