I totally agree. My tv is less than a year old. Since I can’t find my receipt I am out of the money that I spent. I will never buy another TLC Roku tv again. I purchased it from Walmart. Been only using it for about six months. I feel cheated out of my money when these folks know that this tv is trash
What is the model of the TV? How old is the TV?
This happened to my Roku TV recently and I unplugged and replugged in the cable from the back of the TV (not the wall outlet). Once I did that and turned the tv back on the picture was fine.
Mine doesn’t have a plug in cable in the back of the tv. Mine is a stationary cable. I have seen so many post about the Roku brand that we’re all negative. I really hate I purchased the brand. Just because I didn’t save the receipt to show I purchased it they wouldn’t help me. I thought that is why they have serial numbers on them. What a waste of my hard earned money

I totally agree. My tv was less than a year old and I had only been using it for about six months. I called Roku several times and they wanted a receipt. Well I couldn’t find it but I had it as a receipt on Fetch and they wouldn’t accept it. Now my warranty is expired and I am out of a tv and my money. I wished I had researched them before I purchased it, it certainly wouldn’t be in my house. Good luck with your tv
None of this works. I just wished I had researched Roku before I bought it. I haven’t seen any good reviews on it. This company is a scam. Calling tech support is not any good either
