I've been using Roku devices for about 7 years now, and currently have 3 devices, including the Streambar (SB).
Back in January, I noticed the audio in the SB began cracking. No matter what I did, no matter how low, any amount of bass and it would start cracking and sound distorted.
I just turned bass completely off and kept using it. Now, it is cracking even with bass completely off.
I've tried different HDMI cables and even switched to an Optical cable, reset, factory reset, left it unplugged for a day, everything.
No matter what, it still cracks. I've still got the box but can't find the receipt. I've had it for almost a year, the Target I bought it from won't accpet a return obviously or even a replacement. Been too long.
Is there anyway I can get this replaced through Roku?
Before it was giving me issues, I loved this thing and was more than happy with the audio quality.

Do they need my email, or are they able to see that already?
I had my Roku Streambar less then a year and I’ve been having the same problem for months! I have literally tried every conceivable suggestion to fix it.
