I am in the East San Francisco Bay area and all of the channels show about 30 seconds of programming, then hang with a white bar on the screen, and then starts showing the same 30 seconds of programming again and keeps repeating endlessly.  Anyone else having this problem of Roku malfunctioning and is there any way to fix it?

The first thing to try is a "System restart" from Settings->System->Power or just unplug the power for a few seconds and plug it back in.

I'm in CT.  Same with us last night. All live TV was looping.  I restarted my Roku.  I restarted my modem.  I checked for software updates. Still happened.  Hopefully today it's working. Otherwise no clue how to resolve.

I realized that the problem had nothing to with the Internet as Roku Live, PBS, Scripps, Haystack worked fine.  So also it was not a Roku problem.   I isolated the problem as belonging to Hulu.  Tried it this morning and it worked fine so Hulu must have fixed their malfunctioning software during the night.
