Hi there!
So my brother installed a Roku on my moms tv and I noticed that there was a Hulu app icon so I logged into my account so she could watch Hulu.
I pay my for my Spotify+Hulu with my bank card
And apparently my brother’s credit card keeps getting charged $10 monthly for Hulu aswell, although he’s never signed up for Hulu. Any idea why this could possibly be?
Hi, @colubgo1.
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We see that you got charged even though you already have a subscription. In this case, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider and inquiring further, as they are the ones who could cancel and provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through their direct Hulu Support
Please be aware that if you signed up for a subscription directly through the streaming service, you need to sign in with the username and password that you created for that account.
Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to sign in to an app on your Roku device
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Reynan
