Hi @Brandydice2

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

Firstly, we would suggest canceling all your active subscriptions by logging in to your account on our website. Feel free to follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Roku account
  2. Select Manage your subscriptions
  3. Select the channel or subscription under Active subscriptions
  4. Select Turn off auto-renew
  5. Choose a cancellation reason to complete the process and select Continue to cancel

For more information, check out this link: How to unsubscribe, cancel, or turn off auto-renew for a subscription

Once done, remove the payment method from your Roku account.

Furthermore, please be advised that each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS. We recommend reaching out to the TV manufacturer's customer support team to report the issue and get help.

For a list of Roku TV manufacturers' contact information, visit our Community post here: Contacting Support for Your Roku TV

I hope this helps!

All the best,
Kariza

I would suggest signing in to roku.com and unlinking the TV from your account.

@Ashlee1989, the thief can unlink it by factory resetting it.  Unlinking it ensures they can't use your subscriptions or any payment method tied to your Roku account.
