Re: "No Signal" on Roku Soundbar

I am using the Hdmi cable that came with the soundbar. I only have 1 tv and it is a TCL so I can't try another ttv.messahe on tv says Soundbar No signal (is it on?) Yes it is plugged in to an outlet. Hdmi is plugged in to hdmi arc plugin. Blue light is flashing on the soundbar.
