Tell me exactly why you need photos or a video. I've explained in some detail that there is an issue with your guide for live TV and populating the information for the channels. It has nothing to do with my antenna as everything works fine on my other TV. NOT a Roku

Same problem here over last 2-3 weeks. I've had this Roku TV with an antenna for 5 years without this channel guide issue until recently...
I'm not sure how to send photos of the channel guide but I have them from this morning to provide example of this.

Going to the home screen and then back to live TV seems to help. Definitely not an antenna issue, the program works, just not the guide.

So how do we get a real Roku Rep to step in and at least acknowledge the issue. Or better yet, advise as to when the problem might be resolved. This is NOT a hardware issue. This is a Roku Software issue and we should keep the heat on until they fix it!

They wanted me to send photos or a video. If they can't understand the issue from a VERY detailed explanation, I have zero faith they can even help. It's their guide for antenna/air TV and they need to address that.

I don't think they know themselves and I highly doubt they are in the US. Just another company that outsources overseas.

Lol 😆 there is no solution, except.......don't buy a Roku TV. It was a Xmas present from my daughter. So 1 good thing. .I didn't pay for it.

- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Channel build version (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
- Location and Zip Code
- Image referring to the issue.
