Have you tried removing the affected channel and then reinstalling it? In some cases, that resolves the issue. Make sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. Here are the steps you can follow:

I have TCL model nu 405325 and one other slightly older TCL Roku tv. Prime video is the only service I am experiencing issues with.

I have been on the phone and chat with Amazon for 2 days, have tried all resets, uninstalled and reinstalled, system restes, software updates. Happening on both tvs
