I bought my HiSense TV in July 2020.

Model R43B7129UK

I set up Pause Live TV (PLT) then & it's worked perfectly until recently when it suddenly stopped functioning.

I removed the USB & reinserted it. 

However, when I tried to set up PLT again the TV said that no USB was detected.

Is this a TV or USB issue?

Have you tried the flash drive in a computer to verify it's still good?  Try formatting it in a computer and take it back to the TV.
