My Tcl Roku model number :43S421-CA has been giving me nothing but headaches. The devices indicates that it is connected to internet but still no streaming or running channels. I tried everything from a hard reset to even changing my whole wifi isp for a better one. 2Ghz or 5Ghz or even a hotspot from my phone have given me the same result. IMPORTANT: Cant blame the wifi when an RCA roku tv is working perfectly fine on the same wifi network.
