The circuit board is ONN tv E021M425-J3
This Cap 10uf 450V is very hot around 200 degrees f
I think the buzzing is coming from it. The top is swollen a little.
Nothing plugged except power cord. Happens all the time when on.
Contact ONN or replace it yourself. Capacitors should not be swollen.

I have ONN tv E021M425-J3 on the circuit board.
The TV buzzes when on. Nothing plugged in but power cord. Cord plug confirmed in.
Buzzing happens when the unit is on and stop after turn off.
I think the cap 10uf 450V might be the issue. It is really hot about 200 degrees f and the top is swollen. The board is a little discolored near this cap. The sound has become distracting.
The screen and sound works. Please advise
Contact ONN or replace it yourself. Capacitors should not be swollen.
