So just restarted again tonight on “Pluto” streaming app
There's definitely a problem with these Streambars and it has nothing to do with the app your streaming or anything other than an inherent defect with the units.
I hope Roku can come up with a fix because other than this problem the Streambar seems like a good product.
Another re-start today!!
Re EdBri
Today I had Edbri's issue. The roku light turned red... then it said it lost connection and asked if I wanted to configure a connection. I exited the roku app, restarted and then got the timestamp. Connect was fine after re starting the app. I did not reboot.
My internet connection was fine the entire time. It should not have lost connection

Thanks for the post.

Thanks,

This happened to me twice since getting the Streambar a couple weeks ago. Have to reprogram the remote after the crash because it will no longer turn the TV on or off. Definitely a Streambar issue. Didn't have this issue with my Roku Streaming Stick.
I've exchanged my unit. If this happens with the new unit I'll simply get a refund and by a different brand soundbar.
This customer troubleshooting process is a waste of my time.
Another restart today, this time on NetFlix app:
