Hi Everyone. I have a Roku StreamBar SE , I thought when the unit went to sleep the LED turned off . Now its on all the time! I have a Roku Express +4K and that unit the LED turns off after not using it.. I looked at the settings and the only option is LED on or off. AM I'm missing something? I don't see any sleep settings either in the settings. So I'm not sure if this is actually sleeping or not being the LED is not turning off ever. TIA for any help!

We understand that your Roku Streambar SE LED light is unexpectedly turning on while you're not using it, and we’re here to help. To better assist you, could you please share the color of the LED light showing on your Streambar?

Please be advised that blinking lights on Roku devices typically indicate a potential issue with the internet connection. If the LED is blinking yellow, there may still be some streaming capability.

We recommend checking your network connection by navigating to Settings > Network and restarting your network. Additionally, performing a system restart might also be beneficial. You can do this by going to Settings > System > System Restart. (If you don’t see a Power submenu, you can proceed to the next step.)
