It's a roku tv! Not using any device via USB, but message persists
@zaksmom94, it could be a faulty USB port on the TV. Can you try plugging in something like a flash drive or even just a USB cable to each USB input on the TV? You may get better support from the manufacturer of the TV (TCL, onn, Sharp, etc.).
